Indoor Air Scrubbing

Bryant OpticleanProper filtering of the air is the first step to reducing indoor pollutants. Filters contain a MERV rating that indicates how small of a particle can be trapped by the filter. It is critically important that you utilize a filter that is designed to work with your system, or damage can occur. Additionally, not changing filters on a regular basis can lead to poor HVAC performance and system failures. A licensed contractor can help you make the right decision for your system.

While traditional filters work well at removing dust and pollen from the air, smaller particles like viruses can often pass through them. This is where Air Scrubbers can improve the health of a room without the need to modify your existing HVAC system.

Bryant OptiClean

The Bryant OptiClean rolls easily into any room and plugs into a standard electrical outlet to quickly improve indoor air quality (IAQ) in schools, dental offices, hospitals, and other commercial facilities. It can be configured to either exhaust air out of an enclosed room, or act as a scrubber, by cleaning and recycling air through its high performance HEPA filter. There are two versions, the larger capable of filtering up to 1500 cubic feet per minute. Its portable design utilizes four casters for easy movement and standard 120V wall power for operation. The OptiClean is ideal for larger spaces, such as hallways, cafeterias, and even classrooms.

RGF Microcon

RGF Microcon is another air scrubbing option that can be either a portable unit or integrated into your existing HVAC duct work. It utilizes a high performance, long lasting HEPA filter to trap the smallest particles. Additionally, the Microcon can be equipped with a REME that sanitizes the air stream and improves filtering performance. Its quiet operation makes it ideal for classrooms and other small spaces.
